Scope: Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 Article 77 sets the 18 February 2027 battery-passport requirement for each LMT battery, each EV battery and each industrial battery with capacity greater than 2 kWh.

What is fixed and what is still product-specific?

The 18 February 2027 scope for LMT, EV and industrial batteries above 2 kWh is explicit in the Batteries Regulation. Detailed data content, access and technical implementation still need to be mapped against the Regulation, Annex XIII and applicable implementing rules.
