The website

The public Apps That Stay website may generate basic hosting and security logs required to operate, protect and troubleshoot the site. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

The apps

Apps That Stay products are designed to work locally in your browser. Records you enter into an app are stored by your browser on your device and are not automatically uploaded to Apps That Stay. The app does not require an Apps That Stay account to access your local records.

Payments

Purchases are processed by our payment provider. The provider receives and processes the information required to complete the transaction, prevent fraud, calculate applicable taxes where enabled and provide payment records. Apps That Stay does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Messages

If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message. We use that information to respond to your request and provide customer support.

Local data and backups

Because product data is stored locally, you are responsible for protecting your device and browser profile and for keeping suitable exported backups. Clearing browser storage, changing browser profiles or losing a device may remove locally stored records if no backup exists.

Third-party services

The website may rely on infrastructure and payment services necessary to publish the site and process purchases. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms. We aim to keep third-party data collection limited to what is necessary to operate the service.
