Digital products
Apps That Stay sells downloadable software products intended to run locally in a compatible web browser. Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases are one-time payments rather than subscriptions.
Product licence
A completed purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product for personal use or within one business operated by the buyer. You may make reasonable backup copies for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share or make the product files available to other people or businesses.
Local data and backups
The apps store working records locally in the browser environment on your device. You are responsible for maintaining current backups and for the security of the devices, browser profiles and files used with the product. Apps That Stay cannot restore local records that were never exported or backed up.
No professional advice
Apps That Stay products are practical record-keeping and workflow tools. They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, medical or financial advice. You remain responsible for decisions, records and legal obligations relating to your business or personal use.
Compatibility
Products are intended for modern browsers and supported systems described on the relevant product page. Browser and operating-system changes outside our control may affect future compatibility. The version you purchase does not expire merely because you stop receiving updates.
Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed before checkout. Where applicable, taxes may be calculated and added during checkout based on the information supplied to the payment provider and applicable rules.
Digital delivery and refunds
Products are delivered digitally after successful payment. Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may be limited where permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. If a file is defective or you cannot access the purchased product, contact us so we can investigate and provide a working copy where appropriate.
Updates
Any updates, new versions or additional services offered with a product will be described on its product page or purchase offer. A one-time purchase does not create an obligation for Apps That Stay to provide unlimited future development or support unless explicitly stated.
Acceptable use
You may not use the products to violate applicable law, interfere with the software's security, or distribute modified or unmodified copies as your own product.
