What should a product information draft contain?
A useful working draft starts with a clear product identifier, verified manufacturer contact details, responsible-person information where applicable, and any warning or safety information required for the product and market.
Use traceable identifiers
Include the model, batch, serial number, SKU or another identifier that connects the physical item to the product record and supporting documentation.
Keep operator information verified
Use current manufacturer and responsible-person contact details rather than copying unverified text from an old marketplace listing.
Separate drafting from placement
The output is intentionally a content block rather than a fixed-size sticker. Applicable rules determine whether information must appear on the product itself, packaging or an accompanying document.
